In what formats is my purchased content available?

All audio and video courses and content on are available via streaming, so you are able to access your purchased content anywhere you have internet access.


What are the system requirements?

We recommend a broadband connection (3G or faster) for streaming our content. Most home and office connections should provide more than enough bandwidth. In addition, we recommend accessing our content using the following Platforms, Operating Systems and Browsers:

How do I access my purchased content?

  1. Visit

  2. Login with your username (which is probably your email address) and password.

  3. Click the “My Library” link in the header (near the top of the page).

  4. Find the Course you want to watch or listen to and click on it.

  5. When the Course page loads, click the tab labeled “Lectures.”

  6. For video courses, find the lecture you want to enjoy and click the title of that lecture, a video player should then appear. Click the play button to start.

  7. For audio courses, you should now see our audio player with the individual lectures listed. Click the title of the lecture you want to listen to and then the large play button.

What if I have trouble streaming?

Please take the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection. Please make sure you are connected and have a fast enough connection.

  2. Make sure you are using a modern and up-to-date web browser. Flash Player is required in order to stream videos in older versions of FireFox and anything below Internet Explorer 9.

  3. Restart your browser.
